Use the username and temporary password from the welcome email. You will be asked to create a different private password of 8 to 128 characters. Then sign in again. If the account belongs to more than one tenant, select the company you want to open.

If the email did not arrive or the temporary password no longer works, ask a tenant administrator or BITDSS support to use Resend access. Never send your password or tablet PIN by chat.
